Who We Serve...

Our constituency is primarily with minority, disadvantaged, foster, and troubled youth.

The CRC will generate a sense of pride and a new form of direction for at-risk youth and all individuals in a need of direction and assistance by promoting knowledge, motivation, courage, determination, friendship, and respect which counteracts school dropouts, hopelessness, and violence that the inner-city youth of the greater Bay Area experiences.

The CRC is designed to be for the brain what the YMCA is for the body. We envision it to become the sanctuary for the inner-city child. The design of the facility, resources, counselors, and the event activities conducted through the CRC will reflect order and intelligence to all patrons. This environment will create a positive atmosphere in the surrounding environment and allow our youth to be able to make positive choices for their future and community.
